Card details are never stored by EROS PARIS: they are processed directly by payment providers.

Retention

Customer data: 3 years from the last contact. Billing data: 10 years, as required by accounting rules.

Your data is shared only with the providers needed to serve you: Shopify (hosting), payment providers, carriers, and our email tool.
