TERMS OF SALE

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern jewelry sales made on the EROS PARIS website to individual customers.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of each piece are listed on its product page. Photos are as accurate as possible but are not a contractual commitment to the exact appearance of materials and stones.

3. Prices

For customers in the United States, prices are shown in US dollars and include all taxes and import duties. Shipping is free on all orders. EROS PARIS reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed at the price in effect when the order is placed.

4. Orders

Placing an order means accepting these terms. The sale is final once payment is confirmed.

5. Payment

Payment is made online using the methods offered at checkout. Card details never pass through our servers.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms are on the Shipping page, which is part of these terms.

7. Returns

You may return a piece within 30 days of delivery, under the conditions described on the Returns page. Personalized pieces and, for hygiene reasons, opened earrings cannot be returned.

8. Warranties

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Personal data

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
