Is your jewelry solid silver?

It depends on the piece, and it's always stated on the product page. We use three materials: solid 925 sterling silver, 316L stainless steel, and brass for one piece. We never plate silver over brass without saying so.

What is moissanite?

A silicon carbide gemstone. Its refractive index is higher than diamond's, so it's the stone with the most fire. It rates 9.25 on the Mohs scale, which makes it highly scratch-resistant. It isn't a diamond, and we never present it as one.

Moissanite vs. cubic zirconia?

Cubic zirconia is softer and its sparkle is colder. Moissanite costs more, lasts longer and shines brighter. That's the reason for the price gap between our Signature and Everyday collections.

Does your jewelry tarnish?

925 sterling silver naturally tarnishes in contact with air: that's the nature of the metal, not a flaw. A soft cloth brings back the shine. 316L steel doesn't tarnish. Brass reacts much more — that's why our brass pieces are in Special Occasions.

Can I wear it in the shower or pool?

No. Take your jewelry off before showering, swimming, the beach and working out, whatever the material. Chlorine and salt attack the settings before the metal.

How does the DUO offer work?

Add two pieces from the DUO selection to your cart: 20% off the second applies automatically, no code needed. One discount per order. The two pieces don't need to match.

How do I find my size?

Our rings come in US sizes, and our bracelets and necklaces in inches. The size guide explains how to measure.

How long does shipping take?

Details are on our Shipping page. Shipping to the US is free, with duties included. A tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, within 30 days, unworn and in its original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Details on our Returns page.

Yes. Shipping to the US is free on every EROS PARIS order, with no minimum, and import duties are included in the price.

You have 30 days from delivery. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging. Email us with your order number and we'll send you the instructions within 48 hours.

Put your jewelry on last, after perfume and lotion. Take it off before showering, swimming and working out. Wipe it with a soft cloth after each wear and store each piece separately.

Available sizes are listed on each product page. For rings, wrap a string around your finger and measure the length with a ruler. For chains and bracelets, measure a piece you already wear.
